Lesson Two: Working the Pyramid, The First Five Steps to Success


imageWhen LoanToolbox 3.0 was introduced last year, it was more than just changes to the look and feel of the website. We wanted to be sure that every single member had the ability to navigate through our incredible wealth of content. This week's tutorial looks at how each level of the pyramid has a mini-roadmap for you to quickly get on the path to success. Here's a closer look:

As a part of our re-launch, we aligned our educational, marketing, and content libraries around the tiers of the Pyramid of a Complete Loan Officer. The pyramid defines the crucial milestones that each loan originator must master on his or her road to success.

To help navigate each layer of the pyramid and take advantage of each layer's wealth of resources, we created the First Five Steps to Success for each section. Here's an example for "Essential Knowledge":

These Steps to Success were specifically designed to help you gain mastery of the material in that section. The assignments range from reading material from subject-matter experts and taking short quizzes to listening to various multimedia or watching videos.

After taking these initial steps, you'll be much more comfortable navigating within each section and well on you way to mastering another level of the pyramid. Once you begin this journey, your business will never be the same!

If you're still not quite ready, take the Loan Officer Assessment Test. This exam will help you identify where you excel, as well as which tiers of the pyramid you might need to improve.
