Sally Bucciero

Sally Bucciero is a Branch Manager for Benchmark Mortgage in Sevierville, Tennessee, and lives with her family in a small, beautiful city just outside of Knoxville.

Before entering the mortgage industry in 2003, Sally had worked as a real estate agent for several years, igniting a passion for helping people through the exciting process of becoming homeowners.

As her mortgage business quickly grew, she learned the value of implementing systems and tools to keep her growing business on track – and soon created a base of "raving fan" clients and referral partners. This systematic approach to prospecting and networking has contributed greatly to her continuing success, as she now enjoys a rewarding referral based business.

Sally has a passion for educating and a genuine ability to inspire others, which forms the foundation of not just her mortgage business, but also as a contributing member of the Mortgage Success Source Faculty.

Sally is married to Dax, and they have three boys, two in the military and one a freshman at Lee University.  When she is not at work, Sally can be found on her houseboat at the lake…but be sure to ask her about her days as a Harley girl.

     
   
 
   

Jodee Brydges

Jodee Brydges, in San Ramon, California, has over 16 years of experience in the lending industry, a bachelor's degree in business finance, and over 19 years in the financial industry. She is truly passionate about making a difference in her clients’ financial portfolios. Jodee has built her entire business by referral with a focus on educating her clients on the loan process, helping them understand the products available and how to manage their debt portfolio, and honoring her commitments to her referral partners. A seasoned specialist on the volatility of the interest rate market, Jodee is truly viewed by her clients as a trusted advisor on housing and financial strategies. Jim McMahan has been a loan originator in the Dallas market for over twenty-two years. Through the course of his career, his cumulative fundings have gone well over the $1.5 billion mark, making him one of the top producers in both the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex and nationwide.

Jim is a dynamic and compelling industry leader and speaker, committed to helping mortgage professionals maintain and grow their businesses, even in tough markets! Jim also serves as the National Sales Trainer and Executive Vice President for Benchmark Mortgage Company, and as the President of his own company, McMahan Mortgage Consulting.

Additionally, Jim is the founder of Certified Scripts for Success, which is now a part of LoanToolbox and most recently was named the "Director of Training and Education" for LoanToolbox. In this role, Jim shares fresh insights with members, each week, on the critical topics that surround the mortgage industry, in an effort to help originators hone their own dynamic and credible market opinion.

     
   
 
   

Linda Davidson

Linda Davidson began her career in 1997 and quickly found that her passion was making the dream of home ownership a reality for her clients. Because of this, Linda and each of her team members have their FHA DE underwriter certification, which gives them a unique advantage in the marketplace. A net branch owner with Service First Mortgage in Garland, Texas, Linda is not only the top producer in the company, for eight straight years she has also been ranked in the top 200 loan officers in the nation in units closed for personal production as well as the top 20 for FHA/VA closings. A highly sought-after speaker on everything from FHA to reverse mortgages, Linda credits Todd Duncan and Building Champions for much of her success. The proud mother of two sons, two step-sons, and grandmother of six, Linda is also very active in her community and church.

     
   
 
   

Cindy Ertman

Cindy Ertman has maintained a passion for the mortgage industry for 20 years. She has been ranked by Mortgage Originator Magazine in the Top 100 Loan Originators by volume for eight of the last nine years. As Executive Vice President for Platinum Capital Group in Manhattan Beach, California, Cindy also co-manages the company’s sales force and serves on its leadership team. Cindy also loves dedicating time to supporting and educating loan officers nationally as a Contributing Faculty Member for Mortgage Success Source. She considers herself a “relationship specialist” and has spent her career successfully building and sustaining strong REALTOR® relationships. When Cindy is not structuring a loan or leading her team, she cherishes her time with her husband and three children and enjoys her Manhattan Beach community.

     
   
 
   

Dustin Hughes

Dustin Hughes is a loan officer and owner of Northwest Mortgage Advisors. Having stumbled into the mortgage business in 1996 at the age of 21, he discovered a passion for educating clients, partnering with real estate agents, and developing various marketing strategies for his thriving office.

Since discovering Mortgage Success Source in 2003, he has been recognized as one of the top producing loan officers and net branch offices within his company. He contributes much of his success to surrounding himself with incredible friends and professionals, utilizing the tools of MSS, and consistently executing the disciplines of his business plan.

Dustin currently lives in Oregon and when not working, spends much of his time with his beautiful wife and three amazing boys. His family is active in the community, involved in a variety of sports, and they enjoy living life to the fullest.

     
   
 
   

David Kuiper

David Kuiper started in the mortgage industry in 1990 and has been consistently recognized as one of the top-producing loan officers in the United States by Mortgage Originator Magazine. He has closed over 5,000 loans totaling in excess of $850,000,000 at this point in his career, in a small, Midwest market. In addition to managing a busy mortgage practice, David is a nationally-recognized author, speaker and trainer in the mortgage industry.

David writes regularly for Mortgage Originator Magazine, Mortgage Planner magazine and Bankrate.com. He is known as the expert on first impressions and building client intimacy. He also enjoys hosting monthly site visits, where mortgage professionals from around the country spend a day of learning and experiencing first-hand the operations of his highly productive mortgage practice. David, his wife, five children, a cat and a dog live in Holland, Michigan and Fort Myers, Florida.

     
   
 
   

Mark Madsen

Mark Madsen has been a mortgage originator since 2000 in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he currently lives with his wife, and 2-year-old daughter. After building and selling a real estate company with a couple of partners in 2006, Mark continued to work closely with his team of agents on Internet marketing projects which include a large real estate social network, mortgage blogs, and high traffic real estate sites. As Communications Director for Raintree Mortgage, Mark focuses on social media marketing, networking with real estate referral partners online, and writing consumer targeted content for search engine placement. Creator of MortgageSalesBlog.com and myFHAmortgageblog.com, Mark is passionate about teaching industry professionals how to leverage the Internet for educational and marketing purposes. He is a regular contributor on the LoanToolbox message boards and has also written a five-part series on “Mortgage Blogging 101” to help other MSS members develop their online presence.

     
   
 
   

Khai McBride

Khai McBride is a Vice President with Capital Line Financial and the Product and Training Manager for iQual Corporation. For 10 years, Khai was an IT expert in database design and development. So, its no surprise that when he started his mortgage career in 2002, he would specialize in database marketing. Using the many strategies he learned from LoanToolbox, he has built a thriving mortgage business based on strong prospect and client retention strategies that has allowed him to fund over $300 million in production. Khai heavily endorses the use of simple systems so you can spend more of your time prospecting and less of your time thinking. S. John Murray

S. John Murray originated his first mortgage loan in February 1986. He quickly adapted his belief in business cycles to his practice and started to originate over 98% of his loans as no point, no closing cost loans. He has been the Sr. Vice President in charge of origination for Mortgage Financial, Inc. in Danvers, Massachusetts since 1990 and has personally handled over 7,400 loans with dollar volume exceeding $1.48 billion. In 2002, Mortgage Financial brought in Barry Habib to train their sales team on how to best utilize MMG companywide. Since that sales training, Mortgage Financial has averaged over $1 billion in annual closings. In addition, he is currently applying Todd Duncan’s innovative training methods to provide balance in his life. This year he hopes to apply all of the tools available at Mortgage Success Source to be able to serve his clients to the fullest and still be able to get home in time for dinner…it is a work in progress.
